EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION POLICY

Vendor registration fee is $350/booth.
This includes 1 Rectangular table (2.5 ft x 6 ft) and 2 chairs.

Exhibitor can also reserve a 10x10 ft area Cost is $500.
This includes 2 Rectangular tables (2.5 ft x 6 ft) and 4 chairs.

Each exhibit area is approximately 5 x 10 ft.

Spaces are limited.

Electricity can be provided for an additional $45 fee. Extension cords is not provided
RULES & GUIDELINES:

Doors open at 8:30. Check-in at 9am-10am.

Breakdown & Clean up starts at 4:45 pm–6 pm.

Please supply your own trash bags and small bins at your station

Please clean your own area after the event. Vendors can be assessed a $250 fee for neglecting to clean their area.
CANCELATION POLICY:

Vendor registration period is open until Saturday, March 4th at 11:59pm.
