EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION POLICY

  • Vendor registration fee is $350/booth.

This includes 1 Rectangular table (2.5 ft x 6 ft) and 2 chairs.

  • Exhibitor can also reserve a 10x10 ft area Cost is $500.

This includes 2 Rectangular tables (2.5 ft x 6 ft) and 4 chairs.

  • Each exhibit area is approximately 5 x 10 ft.

  • Spaces are limited.

  • Electricity can be provided for an additional $45 fee. Extension cords is not provided

 

 

RULES & GUIDELINES:

  • Doors open at 8:30. Check-in at 9am-10am.

  • Breakdown & Clean up starts at 4:45 pm–6 pm.

  • Please supply your own trash bags and small bins at your station

  • Please clean your own area after the event. Vendors can be assessed a $250 fee for neglecting to clean their area.

 

 

CANCELATION POLICY:

  • Vendor registration period is open until Saturday, March 4th at 11:59pm.

  • Please contact us at admin@iiwnh.com for any cancellation notice.

  • Due to resource-planning purposes, cancellation is non-refundable.

  • We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
